David Smart – Drawer, Painter, Sculptor
Growing up in the Wheat Belt, working in the Kimberley and now living in the South West region in WA has given me a love for the outdoors and a connection with nature. These vastly, varying landscapes and energies have all greatly influenced my passion and expression in all the different mediums of my art. I really enjoy working with a variety of mediums, expressing vibrancy and colour within these gives me a great sense of joy. Whether I am working on canvas, paper or with recycled wood and stained glass lead lighting, they all give me a sense of freedom and an opportunity to utilise different skills to express myself in many ways.
