Morgane Chebahi, known artistically as Mo L’Artiste, has developed a distinctive style through acrylics, experimenting with textures and incorporating her signature figures.
Over the past year, she has completed three solo exhibitions, each reflecting her passion for storytelling through art.
Drawing inspiration from her emotions, life experiences, and deep connection with the ocean and nature, she hopes people find a connection with the characters in her work, as they each carry a story, an emotion, and her love for life.
Her professional art journey began during maternity leave in Fremantle, where spending more time at home led her to rediscover painting. What started as a simple pastime soon became an enduring passion. Her art is a testament to the transformative power of motherhood.
Originally from the South of France, she was influenced by European art, culture, and her mother’s creativity, discovering her passion for art and creativity early on. After spending a decade in Fremantle, WA, she now calls Margaret River home.
