My paintings reflect on my life, experiences, family history, environment, culture and my heritage as a Noongar, Banyjima and Nyiyaparli woman.
I like that my artwork is a way of communicating and starting conversations within the broader community. People are interested in my perspective, personal expression and my family history.
The creation of my artwork is a journey, from the developing a concept to a finished artwork. I use symbols, lines, dots and textures in my paintings. My paintings are pieces of my story.
