For those who have some experience or wish to expand on the knowledge gained from my Introduction to Oil Painting Workshop (Tuesday 15th or 22nd) we will venture into painting a still life composed for the day.
Focusing on intense contrast to create dramatic form and dimension we learn to capture the light, interpret values, temperature and apply colour theory to create your artwork.
All workshop equipment and supplies provided. You will take away your painted canvas.
About the Artist
Capturing the essence of a moment Julie-Ann paints predominantly Contemporary Realism. Portraits and images inspired by nature form the subject matter of her oil painting practice. Speed portraits have been a focus recently.
