For those who have some experience or wish to expand on the knowledge gained from my Introduction to Oil Painting Workshop we will venture into painting a still life composed for the day.
Focusing on intense contrast to create dramatic form and dimension we learn to capture the light, interpret values, temperature and apply colour theory to create our artwork.
About the Artist
Capturing the essence of a moment Julie-Ann paints predominantly Contemporary Realism. Portraits and images inspired by nature form the subject matter of her oil painting practice. Speed portraits have been a focus recently.
