Painter, Printmaker,ArtistBooks
“Molly creates artworks that celebrate craft and tradition but more importantly those particular qualities of mind, heart and the hand of the maker, keeping her work both anchored and constantly evolving.
Creating original, single and editioned Artist Books plus other 2 and 3D artworks, using ages old hand-skills and techniques combined with contemporary ideas and materials, to build tactile and sensory images. This layering of textures, image and text, creates the unusual surfaces so integral to her work, thus evoking memories and reflection, visually describing her emotional connection to place, nature and change”.
