Gay is a multi-award-winning artist who had had 7 Solo Exhibitions. She paints in Oils, Acrylics, Pastels and Gouache.
Forestscapes are a passion and important part of her art practice. The continued endeavour to capture the light, shadows and ambience of the forest is challenging.
Capturing the landscape in various mediums is a continuing and never-ending journey
Impressionistic realism is what she is aspiring to show in her work and wants to push the boundaries of traditional landscapes to a more contemporary semi-abstract style.
Recently Gay has been experimenting with Abstracts using collage and Oil and Cold Wax.
